These yummy little cookie pie creations came to me on a snowy day in February. I whipped them up using basic ingredients I had on hand. To create these tasty little treats use you're favorite cookie dough recipe and press the dough into mini muffin pans being sure to press a well in the center for filling. Fill the centers with whatever your heart desires. I used peanut butter and jelly in one, cherry jam and white chocolate chips in another, and peanut butter and milk chocolate chips too. After filling the centers, top with a little more dough and press to seal the pies. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Lastly let cool and enjoy!
